Our sales team matches families with the right boat, then stays with them from the first sea trial to delivery day and beyond. Most of our sales come from repeat customers and referrals, so we hire people who care about the second sale as much as the first.

What you will do

Walk customers through new and pre-owned inventory on the lot and on the water
Run sea trials and explain options, packages and financing
Follow up on every lead within one business day
Hand over every boat in person on delivery day

What we are looking for

Experience in boat, RV or auto sales, or a love of boating and people
Weekend availability during the season
A valid Florida driver license
